Durham University is providing a poster printer service.  There are two options from which you can choose: either printed in matt or glossy (on paper). We do not have the ability to print on cloth. Please note your poster MUST be in portrait orientation and MUST measure AO size (33.1 x 46.8 inches or 841 x 1189 mm). Please check for any errors before sending your poster to us as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes that might be printed. Please also be aware that the colour match when printing may not correspond exactly to what you see on your screen. We would also ask that you do not pick a dark background for your poster as this uses much more ink and is less sustainable than lighter colours. If you decide not to take your poster home with you, we have recycling facilities at Durham.

To take advantage of local printing, please purchase your printing voucher through the link above, and send your poster as a pdf to isemph2024hosts@durham.ac.uk by Friday, July 26^th, 23:59 (British Summer Time) at the latest.  Posters received after this date will not be printed at Durham.  You will be able to pick up your poster at the registration desk when you arrive at ISEMPH.

If you are printing your own poster elsewhere, please use the following size in PORTRAIT:  65 cm width and 100 cm length (maximum - can be less). The poster boards require using velcro tabs (not tacks). We will have some available if you are unable to bring your own.
