Poster Printing Information

Durham University is allowing ISEMPH delegates to print their posters in the Library if you wish to use it.  Please note that this is a DIY service (compensated for by being cheap) and you will need to follow the instructions we will send you on how to print your poster at the printing facility in the Library. You will also need to trim the poster yourself on the guilletines available near the large format printers.  You can print the poster either in Matt or in Gloss but the only size available is AO measuring 33.1 x 46.8 inches or 841 x 1189 mm.  There are no options to print on cloth either. Please note that you MUST print out your poster in Portrait orientation to fit the conference poster boards.

If you wish to print at Durham, please purchase one of the the options listed above. Since ISEMPH has to request the specific number of unique IDs for each poster, we will wait until nearer the conference to send you a unique username and accompanying instructions that will enable you to print your poster at Durham.

If you are printing your own poster elsewhere, please use the following size in PORTRAIT:  65 cm width and 100 cm length (maximum - can be less). The poster boards require using velcro tabs (not tacks). We will have some available if you are unable to bring your own.
