Singles are $87.71 per night including taxes while doubles are $73.71 per person per night including taxes.

Each person that registers will be prompted to create an account in Iris before they continue to registration. At any point if they start an application and need to go back, they can log back into that same account. They are also able to log back into that account to make changes to their reservation if needed. I also included our conferences and events email in the confirmation so they can contact us directly with any housing related issues or questions.

Vanderbilt’s newly opened residence hall, Oliver C. Carmichael College is located on West End Avenue - directly adjacent to the conference center. Each guest room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk, chair, and closet. The building has wireless internet access available for your use. Men's, women's, and non-gendered bathrooms are available on each floor, along with individual shower stalls for added privacy.

We recommend that guests bring shower shoes, clothes hangers, personal toiletries, cell phone chargers, and any additional amenities they may need. Each bed will be made with one pillow, one lightweight blanket, and one bath towel. A limited number of extra pillows and towels will be available at the check-in desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
