Biography
I'm a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Calgary and Memorial University. My scope of clinical practice includes general practice and intrapartum care, and my medical education work involves clinical teaching of medical students and family medicine residents. Prior to medicine I did graduate work in evolutionary biology at Queen's University, and worked as a science reporter. I have collaborative research and scholarly projects underway in the fields of medical humanities and child and maternal health.
