India Regional ISEMPH Group
Ambassador: Sudipta Ghosh
Hello everyone! Welcome to the Regional ISEMPH Group for India.
I am a Biological Anthropologist with a keen interest in Evolutionary Biology. I deeply believe that the key to most of our public health issues lies in the mysteries of evolutionary ancestry and adaptation.
I teach and conduct research in Biological Anthropology in the Department of Anthropology, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
Please join us to create a vibrant group for regular brainstorming interactive meetings on Evolutionary Medicine and its role in Public Health in India. Do not hesitate to contact me at ghosh.sudiptaa@gmail.com
The Indian Regional group is a dynamic blend of 172 members from across the country, practicing in diverse fields, including Anthropology, Ayurvedic medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Virology, Public Health and Epidemiology, Pharmaceutics, Microbiology, Evolutionary Physiology, Evolutionary Biology, and so on.
We are hoping to expand with the recruitment of New Members. Suggestions are welcome from the members. Stay tuned for the upcoming events.
